I thought it would be best to start off with some stuff I put out at the front of my own house.
There are no “covenants” in my neighborhood, as you might have guessed. We don’t pay dues to the HOA. We pay the city to pick up our trash and recycling. But we can put ANYTHING out by the side of the road.

I've found some great stuff sitting by the side of the road - most recently a 4 x 4 foot silkscreen in turquoise blue of Audrey Hepburn from Breakfast at Tiffany's - perfect condition - now hanging in our stairwell... ;)
Funny but true story… my neighbor put an old sink and vanity on the curb with a “Free” sign. Sat there for a couple of days but no movement. So then he put a $25 sign on it and it was “stolen” in a matter of hours.
